Self Ngudi group began to produce fertilizer in 2007 after getting training from Gadjah Mada University agriculture student. At first, the raw material of fertilizer using waste from Bantul market. Its production is also still on a small scale that is 50 kg to 400 kg.

Initially produced fertilizer has not been commercialized, but given free of charge to farmers. The move is intended as a promotion to introduce their products to farmers and also test the quality of fertilizers produced.
